How do you match me to a comrade?

Based on your needs and budget, we will shortlist at least 2 comrades for you to select from.

We will contact you with their portfolios for your selection.

How is payment made?

For the first 4 sessions, payment will be made to us via bank transfer prior to your first lesson.

Can I choose between a male and female comrade?

Of course! Simply indicate your preference when you request a comrade!

What is the maximum size of each training session?

Your goal is our priority hence our training sessions are on 1 to 1 basis to provide the focus required.

If you have a friend or family member that is keen to join you for training, feel free to let us know and we can customise small group training sessions for you at a special small group price.

What do I need to bring for my coaching lesson?

Any comfortable sports attire, a towel and a bottle of water.

Where can I have my training?

Our personal trainers can conduct training sessions at public gyms, your private condo gyms or the near park or beach.

How long will it take to achieve my desired goal?

Everyone is an individual with different ability. As long as your training is consistent and you have followed our advice with the recommended diets and rests, you will see results in 1 – 2 month.

I have medical conditions, am I suitable for physical training?

We highly recommend you to seek for a doctor’s opinions first as your safety is our top priority.

What if i am not able to attend a particular training session?

As this is a personal service, simply inform your personal trainer to reschedule!

However, to be fair to the personal trainers, you are required to inform your trainer at minimal 1 day in advance before the scheduled session to postpone your training session.

What are the requirements to be a fitness comrade?

There are minimal requirements. You do not have to be a professionally certified personal trainer. All you need is the passion to share your knowledge with others.

However, we do screen fitness comrades to avoid outliers.

What fees do you charge?

We take the fee of the first 2 lessons. Everything after is yours!

How do I receive payment?

You will receive payment from us after your first 4 sessions.

Subsequently, you can arrange personally with your client on payment. It can be done per session or per month – entirely up to you!

How old do I have to be to be a fitness comrade?

You have to minimally 17 years of age

What if i am not able to attend a particular training session?

As this is a personal service, you will be able to reschedule.

However, to be fair to your clients, you are required to inform them at least 1 day in advance before the scheduled session to postpone your training session.

What if the client wants to train at a public gym that is chargeable?

You will have to pay the entrance fee yourself, but this can be reflected in your charges as well.
