The Problem
Pursuing Your Fitness Goals in Vain?
Do you have fitness goals that you want to pursue on your own?
Maybe you want to lose some weight you’ve gained recently? Or perhaps you want to build up muscles? Or maybe, you simply want to improve your cardiovascular abilities?
It might even be that you want to achieve all of the goals mentioned above. Yet, you don’t think there’s quite a training equipment that can help you do that. After all, most equipment are specialised and targeted at specific body parts. Is there really training equipment that is so flexible it can help you achieve such different fitness goals?
The answer is yes, and its simplicity might surprise you.
What We Offer
MFC Dumb Bells
Dumb bells are one of the most flexible training equipment. Whilst other equipment such as bar bells or the pull-up device focus on strength training, dumb bells serve much more varied purposes. The best part? You don’t even have to go to a gym. You can do a range of different exercises at the comfort of your own home. No more travelling to and fro a place, wasting precious time on just transportation.
Why This Equipment?
There are many dumb bell exercises that are available. It’s no wonder, since these dumb bells simply serve as training weights. How you want to use them is entirely up to you. You can even do a dumb bell only workouts that aim at different body parts in a single session.
For example, if you are want to train your backs and chest, you can start with floor presses. For the arms, the simple bicep curls would work. For the training of both legs and abs, you can use these dumb bells to do squats and crunches.
These are just some of the simplest, and most basic exercises out there. There are still a lot more options out there for you to explore. All you need to have to get started is a pair of quality dumb bells suitable for your trainings.
Features
What This Equipment Can Do For You
Excellent Grip
Whilst dumb bells serve the same function, they often come in different materials. This can significantly affect the feel of the grip. Our dumb bells have contoured chrome handles, providing a more comfortable grip.
Insulation Against Floor Damage
Even with the best grip available, sometimes you can simply just get careless with the weights and drop them. To increase floor protection, our dumb bells are rubberised. Your floors won’t get damaged.
Adjustable Weights
Some dumb bells are fixed in weight, because the components cannot be dismantled. This can make it rather expensive as you have to buy more dumb bells as you continually make progress. At MFC, we have bar bells that allows for adjustable weights.
Stylish
Not all dumb bells come in some combination of black, white, or grey. If you fancy your dum bells to have a more vibrant or cohesive colour to fit the theme of your house, opt for these aesthetically pleasing dumb bells instead.
How It works
4 Different Dumb Bells
Type 1:
Hex Dumb Bells
These are perhaps the most standard kind of dumb bells available. Named because the weight are shaped in a hexagonal shape, these dumb bells have great stability. Their shape prevents them from rolling about easily when placed on the floor.
One of the cheapest options out there, these dumb bells are highly affordable. Of course, you always have the choice of upgrading them to the rubberised version. This can be helpful in preventing accidental scratching of the floor.
Type 2:
Adjustable Dumb Bells
With hex dumb bells, the weights are already fixed and there is no way to change them. With adjustable dumb bells however, it allows you to change your weights.
As you make progress through trainings, you will most likely want to increase the weights you use. Instead of having to buy new hex dumb bells each time, why not simply change the plates. This is also incredibly useful when you use dumb bells to train different body parts, where different weights would be more appropriate.
With adjustable dumb bells, you have such flexibility!
Type 3:
Studio Dumb Bells
Similar to the hex dumb bells, studio dumb bells have fixed weight. They normally range between 1kg to 5kg, and seldom exceeds that. These dumb bells are not usually used for strength training. Instead, these are usually training equipment used by instructors to complement their core exercises.
Beginners would do well to start with these weights. Furthermore, they are rubberised throughout, which makes them easy to grip and use.
Type 4:
Kettle Bells
Believe it or not, kettle bells are actually a type of dumb bells. However, much like the bar bell, it has long been used for its own range of specific exercises. This explains why it is now commonly regarded as a separate category altogether.
Kettle bells are ball-shaped with the handle on top, rather than in between plates. Their unique structure make them the preferred choice when doing swings and other ballistic exercises.

Reviews
Quoted directly from our customers
Have started working recently, so no more chance to use the NTU gym. There’s a SAFRA gym but it’s around 20 minutes way from me. So I thought I would do some home workout. Purchased some fixed dumb bells from MFC, and I must say, they look rather good. Quality is surprising, as it looks almost identical to the one I use in my gym. Would recommend!
