At MyFitnessComrade, we will match you to the most suitable comrade via our proprietary algorithm which has historically had a high success rate. Your fitness comrade will then tailor a personal training plan for you based on their years of experience with helping clients transform their bodies. Not only will they help you in your workouts, they will motivate you and keep you on track with diet tips as well!

Ashley utilises an all-encompassing health approach in her training. She strongly believes that health is comprised of 3 aspects. Mind, body, as well as the soul.
