MFC allows you to take your training at your own convenience. Because we have such a wide range of personal trainer, you can easily find one that is willing to meet you at your preferred location, wherever that is. It could be at the downstairs gym of your condominium, or a boutique gym located near your work office. Simply tell us your preferred workout destination and we’ll match you to a comrade to help you!

PERSONALISED TRAINING

At MyFitnessComrade, we will match you to the most suitable comrade via our proprietary algorithm which has historically had a high success rate. Your fitness comrade will then tailor a personal training plan for you based on their years of experience with helping clients transform their bodies. Not only will they help you in your workouts, they will motivate you and keep you on track with diet tips as well!

COMRADE ASSISTANCE

Being overweight can stem from things like overeating, work stress or lack of exercise. Anyone suffering from excess weight is suitable for this program. You may not want obesity to set in before taking measures to reverse that. Health problems usually set in a lot earlier than what you see on the scale. 

 

Phase III ( 25 – 36 Months Old) 

At this point, your infant would have now developed a greater sense of self. They now possess greater control over their psychomotor functions. As such, it is during this phase that more focus will be placed on the development of physical skills.

Circuit based programs will prompt your infant to solve interactive puzzles, whilst moving around the pool. This requires lots of neural coordination, and leads to the pronounced and highly-developed patterns in the brain. 

By slowly ramping up the difficulty of the circuit, your infant will also be gradually exposed to more synchronised hand-leg movements.

By the end of this phase, your infant would have a highly developed set of psychomotor skills. Their confidence level, as well as emotional development, would also be a lot higher than most infants their age

Home TRAIning

The greatest advantage to having a workout right at home, is that you could save so much more time.  If you are somehow high on efficiency, this would definitely be something that would suit your needs.

By bringing our personal trainers to your door step, you can squeeze in a workout, a meal, and finish some work at home all within an hour or two. Our comrades will bring with them a home fitness kit, ensuring that you don’t have to buy anything extra before putting in a good workout in.

 

2. Condo Gym Workout

If you stay in a condominium and has a gym which offers you both the convenience and privacy that you desire, we’re just a phone call away. Our personal trainer can work with the basic equipments that’s provided by most condominiums.

3. Outdoor Workout

 

Tired of both your home environment and the gym? Perhaps you’re an outdoors person, and would like to put in a good workout in the park, or even the beach!

Just tell us where you want to, and we’ll be there. Really, it’s that simple! We are invested in you reaching your fitness goal, and that’s how much we want to help.
