Having been in a competitive sporting environment since a young age, Kenneth has translated his passion for sports and training into the field of fitness. A semi-professional footballer and elite-level varsity dragon boater over the years, the experience of being in a team environment has helped groom his knowledge to train his clients and ensure their goals are met to the best of their abilities. Specialising in Functional and HIIT training, Kenneth believes that exercising should not only challenge oneself to improve and achieve results, but also an element of Fun has to be included into the workouts at the same time.
