PRE NS TRAINING

Are you about to enlist? Do you have some doubts over your fitness ability? Or perhaps you are having some trouble passing the last IPPT before you enlist?

You probably heard stories by now of the rigorous training involved in NS. In fact, you would have to spend two extra months in NS if you were deemed to by physically unfit. That is, pass the IPPT of the previous year with at least a silver. Wouldn’t that be dreadful? There are many things that you can and would like to do in those 2 months rather than pure arduous and tormenting physical training.

At MyFitnessComrade, we curate a fun and exciting training program. By incorporating sports and other fun challenges, these trainings will be occasions that you’ll look forward to. Now, you have a choice between two concentrated months, from morning till night doing nothing but running, pull ups and push-ups, OR playing games and completing challenges on a weekly basis spread out over a couple of months, for 1-2 hours each session. Which would you choose?

And when you walk out of all these sessions a couple months after, you would not only have achieved your fitness goals, but also made a few good friends in the process.

How we help

Our pre-NS training is designed specifically to cope with the demands of national service. You will undergo training that helps build muscle groups tailor-made for the activities you will engage in during your national service.

For example, for your yearly IPPT, you will be tested for long-distance running, push-ups, and sit-ups. As such, our trainings will help you excel in these areas. In fact, many of our customers have seen a drastic transformation, from previously failing IPPT to now hitting gold standards.

However, don’t expect us to be anything like your drill instructor. Far from that, in fact. Our personal trainers are all highly approachable and friendly, adopting a more encouraging and personable style rather than one that models after “tough love”. We make trainings fun.

If you think all we ever do is make you run, and do push ups and sit ups, you couldn’t be further from the truth. After all, we don’t want this to be just another extension of NS for you.

Our trainings are curated to be fun and enjoyable, each session engaging you in a different sense. We incoporate many games and fun challenges into the routine so you’ll never ever get bored.

We all start with different capabilities. Some of us have no trouble running, but find it difficult to do sit-ups. Others might find it quite the opposite for them. That’s why the most important thing for us before formulating a plan is to listen.

We identify the benchmarks with which you start from, and then naturally progress from there. As such, our training is highly customised. You will never find another person who goes through the same exact training as you.

Experienced Trainers

At MyFitnessComrade, our trainers are more than equipped to train you for NS. After all, most of us have been through the entire two years. We know exactly what to expect.
