“Miti Shah is the best teacher I have ever had for anything.

What Is Yoga?
Typical yoga lessons will start with Pranayama, a breath control technique that will help rejuvenate you and prepare you for the rest of the lesson. Following that will be stretching exercises that aim at mobilising the joints.
Now then, we are ready to begin the yoga stances. Different series of poses that range from the standing, to the seated, as well as those done on the floor would be taught by our yoga instructors. They will first do it together with you, before watching from afar and correcting any mistakes you might be making. Going through each combination in a chronological order is essential, since these exercises are all strategically designed to help work out opposing muscles in tandem.




BEginner Classes
Even if you are a beginner, we have classes just for you. Our beginner classes are meant for individuals who had no prior experience, but would like to start on their yoga journey. It’s a chance to experiment and experience what the world of yoga is all about.
In such lessons, you will be taught all there is to know about the fundamentals of yoga. Our yoga instructor will walk you through the basic stances, from the standing and sitting postures, to the lying down ones. Not only that, basic breathing and relaxation techniques will also be taught here. Even if you do not continue with the advanced classes, you will be well-equipped to continue with home yoga if you choose to do so.

Our coaches have all been practicing yoga for a long time, and on average, have been teaching classes for more than 8 years. Each of them are highly experienced, and knows how best to work with different individuals.
